I don’t usually post reviews but I do give a lot of credit to the team that helped me out during the COVID-19 pandemic. I unfortunately lost my job due to the Coronavirus and because of that, I had to relocate quickly which means I have to deal with the struggles of moving and informing my property manager. Samantha, one of the property managers of Orca Reality, was incredibly understanding and helpful. She made sure I was heard and informed from the first call until the date of final inspection. She even went above and beyond to check in with me to make there weren’t any loose ends. Samantha’s one of the good ones. We chose Orca because it was independent and promised a more personal service. They really delivered. We had a couple of agents, and then Kamil Sikora was our long term manager, who’s been fantastic. The service felt like they cared — every request was met with rapid, professional responses. Whenever an issue arose, he was proactive, promptly addressing it, keeping us fully informed, and following up until it was resolved. Their recommendations for repairs, maintenance, and cleaning were spot on, adding real value to the property. Even the tenant relationship stayed positive right up to the final day.
