I don’t usually post reviews but I do give a lot of credit to the team that helped me out during the COVID-19 pandemic. I unfortunately lost my job due to the Coronavirus and because of that, I had to relocate quickly which means I have to deal with the struggles of moving and informing my property manager. Samantha, one of the property managers of Orca Reality, was incredibly understanding and helpful. She made sure I was heard and informed from the first call until the date of final inspection. She even went above and beyond to check in with me to make there weren’t any loose ends. Samantha’s one of the good ones. I saw Christine's YouTube channel and contacted her to rent a new property. She sent out the company's photographer on walk-through day in Gilmore Tower 1. Her advertising got many applicants, and then she discussed with me all the time. She found a good tenant without any viewings a week before the completion date. Orca has a tenant screening system. Christine did reference check to find a qualified tenant. We met together to discuss all the terms and conditions, and she gave detailed explanations to me and the tenant at the time of contract.
